    San Antonio Kiopsk Rules

    Hello everyone,

I want to thank you for your contributions of time to the North Star kiosk.  By taking this on now and working together as a team to make the best experience possible, we are paving the way for future Ecopreneurs to do the same.  Right now is the time to lead by example.  In saying that I need to communicate a few new requests so that we will be able to keep this kiosk afloat.

These new requests are not intended to make life difficult for anyone, on the contrary they are to protect Cannon and myself.  We are investing a lot of time and money and need to know fellow distributors will honor their commitments.  It would be different if we didn't need to worry about finding and paying for a babysitter last minute if someone doesn't show up for their shift.

    1.  Payment needs to be received by the Saturday before your shift.  You may pay by check, cash, money order or credit card.  If you pay by credit card you will be charged the processing fee we have to pay.

    2.  If we do not receive payment by the Saturday before your shift you must call us with a credit card number or we will open your shift up to other distributors.  Your shift will be secured again as soon as we receive payment.

    3.  If you do not show up for your shift you will still be charged full cost of the shift.  We need at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to work a shift to be able to find a replacement.  After not showing up for a shift two times or more we retain the option of not allowing you to sign up for future shifts.

    4.  On a positive note, I also reserve the right to offer you a discount if you fill a shift I have desperately called and asked you to work because someone else had to cancel!

I was unable to get my scanner working so I will let you know the most important mall regulations:

    1.  All employees are required to dress neat and professionally.  No jeans, T-shirts, tank tops, hats, or sweatshirts.

    2. Any violations of the following my result in a $100 fine per occurance, without further notification (mall rules not mine!):

    Late opening

    Early closing

Eating, drinking or smoking while operating the unit

    handwritten or taped signs

Improper disposal of trash or litter around unit

    Empty boxes visable

    Absolutely nothing on floors

    Unattended cart

Parking in an undesignated area (must park on 4th or 5th floor of garage)

Do not put anything on the back of the chair provided for you

I know some of these seem harsh but we must play along.  We started this kiosk hoping it will give legitimacy to the company until the press release comes out.  Once it does, many individuals will remember having seen us at the mall and will come back.  Remember, it's a series of exposures!!
